At RTR Vehicles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bags.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
